PAST EVENTS

January 23rd 2010 - Half Yearly Convocation and Communication held at the Hilton Hotel.  All Masters, Wardens and Past Masters of Lodges were requested to attend and Master Masons were welcome. The meetings were followed by a Banquet at the Hotel to which guests were warmly invited  -  tickets at a cost of $3,500 were available for purchase from the Office.

December 2-7 2009 - The Grand Lodge of Cuba celebrated their 150th Anniversary on December 5th and a party of 58 (mainly Masons) left the Island on December 2nd to Havana to join with them in their celebrations.

 

July 11th 2009 - On July 11th the Pro Grand Master along with his team from Great Queen Street consisting of the Grand Secretary, Grand Director of Ceremonies and the Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies Installed WBro Walter Horatio Scott as the new Grand Superintentendant in and over the District of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands and as District Grand Master of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands.

The new District Grand Master then Installed the Hon Justice Patrick Brooks as his Deputy District Grand Master and re-appointed WBros Harding Watler and Dr. Basil Robinson as Assistant District Grand Masters.
